Vopak activities

Vopak's finely meshed pipeline network must always be in order, as a variety of chemical products are pumped through it. If a pipeline inspection - for which our work boat is the ideal partner - shows that work is required, a suspended platform is built under the finger pier. From this floor, the work can be completed.

Over the years, crane ship Thijs Jr. has often assisted in positioning these suspended platforms. Browema's coupling pontoons are also important in this work, as they increase the working area for realising the suspension scaffolds.
