When the outside of an office is surrounded by water, it is inaccessible when it comes to work. Browema's coupling pontoons are the solution. This was also the case at the Nationale Verzekeringsbank in Breda.

The rental company for the aerial work platforms had asked Browema to supply a coupling pontoon so that the maintenance work could still be carried out from the water. The pontoon was loaded at Browema's yard in Moerdijk and transported to Breda by truck.

For the conservation of the harbour lights at Hoek van Holland, the jack-up platform served as accommodation and 'entrance' to the work site.
