Bridge Kampen

For the painting work on the bridge in Kampen, all possibilities of Browema's landing craft Sam were used. The space under the bridge to make a lifting connection was limited. However, the Sam has a low height which made the deck crane suitable for hanging tubs under the bridge, which had to reach up to a metre below the water level. This way, the bridge piles could be given a new coat of paint. For the higher work, an aerial platform was driven on deck via the loading ramp. This made it possible to work safely, as the crane barge stayed neatly in position thanks to its spud poles.
